Our basketball skills training sessions include for example: ball handling, footwork, shooting technique/ repetition, small mini games for maximum improvement. Our skills academy provides you the flexibility to combine it with travel team participation. You can also use this as a main source to improve all year round.
We will work on fundamentals (and/or advanced skills) including passing, shooting, dribbling moves, defense, speed, quickness, and core strength (body weight). You will find yourself challenged no matter current age or skill level. Each week there will be a different focus for part of the workout. All drills will be made game-like as possible to get the most out of every minute.
We offer high quality private and semi-private workouts catered to each player’s needs.
WE ARE EXPERTS IN:
- Developing a consistent shooting stroke with proper footwork.
- Learning/improving making moves off the dribble and pass.
- Ball handling development
- Hand-eye coordination, quickness, speed, and strength
- Creating programs for players to use outside of the lesson
- Making workout plans based on player talent evaluation.
